2 Killed, 3 Injured In Early Morning Shooting In Brussels, Belgium
Brussels: An overnight shooting near the Midi train station in Saint-Gilles in the Brussels region, capital of Belgium, left two people dead and three injured, the media reported on Thursday.
The shots were fired between 1 and 2 a.m. near a cafe, reported the Xinhua news agency.
One of the injured is reported to be only slightly hurt, while the other two were more seriously wounded.
The culprits behind this incident are yet to be apprehended and the motive of the shooters remains unknown.
Following the shooting, the police immediately established a security perimeter and launched an investigation to identify the shooters.
No suspected perpetrators have been apprehended so far.
