2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS Series launched – Here’s all you need to know
Bajaj has launched the updated Pulsar NS 125, 160, and 200 models in India, priced at Rs 1.04 lakh onwards. The three motorcycles in the Pulsar NS series, the NS 125, NS 160, and NS 200 get some notable upgrades compared to the previous models, and here’s all you need to know about them.
2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS series: Platform and design
All three Pulsar NS motorcycles are based on the same platform as before and no changes have been made to the chassis. Moving on to the design, the Pulsar NS 160 and NS 200 get a new headlight design. They are in the same housing but feature new LED internals. Apart from this major change, the body panels remain the same and so does the overall design.
The smallest of the NS series, the Pulsar NS 125, retains its design as its older siblings while getting an LED headlight setup. However, the motorcycle misses out on the new DRL setup the 160 and 200 get.
2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS series: Equipment and features
The motorcycles retain most of their equipment and features from the older models such as the USD forks, 17-inch wheels, disc brakes, and so on, however, the most notable upgrade in terms of features is the new LCD digital instrument cluster, which has phone connectivity and navigation.
The instrument cluster with phone connectivity and navigation is limited to the Pulsar NS 160 and NS 200 only, while the 2024 Bajaj NS 125 gets an LCD digital instrument cluster alone.
2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS series: Engine specifications
In terms of the powertrain, the engines are retained again, and all three motorcycles get an air-cooled single-cylinder engine, mated to a 5 or a 6-speed gearbox.
