2024 KTM RC and Adventure series – What’s new?
KTM has updated the 2024 RC range and the Adventure range, making them more appealing. With these updates, the entire KTM range, including the Duke, RC, and Adventure has been updated for 2024. Let’s take a deeper look at what’s changed with the 2024 RC and Adventure lineup for this year.
The KTM RC range is due for an update in terms of the larger engine from the 390 Duke, however, that will arrive in due course of time. For 2024, the RC series that consists of the RC 125, RC 200, and RC 390 get new colours. The range-topping RC 390 gets a new KTM Factory Racing Orange colour scheme, while the 200 and 125 get black and blue colour options.
Apart from the colour updates, the engines and electronics on the motorcycles remain unchanged. The 390 is powered by a 373cc 43bhp engine, while the 200 is powered by a 25bhp 199cc engine and the smallest offering, the RC 125 continues with the 14.3bhp engine.
2024 KTM Adventure range
Similar to the KTM RC Range, the Adventure range which includes the 390 and 250, is yet to get an engine and frame update. For 2024, the Adventure range gets new colours, and the 390 Adventure gets two new colour options, a grey and white scheme and the classic orange and black finish, while the 250 gets a new Lunar Grey option.
The engine and electronics package remains unchanged with the motorcycles and the larger KTM 390 Adventure is powered by a 43bhp single-cylinder engine while the 250 Adventure gets a 30bhp engine. Both engines are paired to a six-speed gearbox.
Also, the KTM Adventure range will see an update next year and the new motorcycle has been spied several times on test. The next-gen KTM Adventure motorcycles seem more capable, owing to longer suspension travel and better ground clearance, while the saddle height is reasonably accessible.
