Comfort Bites: Chrissy Teigen’s Super Bowl Snacking Secrets

Teigen has a new show airing on Hulu. It is the Freeform food series Chrissy & Dave Dine Out, which is performing great. When she was asked what she would like to eat for Super Bowl season, her simple answer made the crowd relate to her even more.

This incident pushed her to go viral with her recipes for her comfort food when interviewed again by various sources.

In her initial comments on Super Bowl food, she expressed a preference for simplicity. She mentioned that extravagant dishes weren’t to her liking. She always needed something comforting while watching the game at home. Her go-to was anything that could be dipped.

Chrissy Teigen also discussed how this take on queso fondido is great. She admits that this comfort food took her to a new calm. It’s very cheesy, stretchy, gooey mashed potatoes with a meaty kick from the spicy chorizo and a crunch from the potato chips. She is very thrilled about it and loves to have it when the game is goingon

She continues on the simple dish by saying that one should always buy pre-grated cheese to save time and make the incredibly lazy dish at home. Surely, It is the mother of all comfort foods. Also, using a grill to keep it hot is the greatest hack while watching the game, she added.

Teigen has never been shy about sharing what she’s been eating, from her midnight meals, such as her pre-bedtime sandwiches, to her ever-changing go-to snacks. She became hooked with fried pork rinds in February of last year.

And then proceeded to bond with Elizabeth Banks over their shared love of the food, and the video went viral. But it’s not just her fondness for fast food and pork rinds that makes her a relatable foodie.

Teigen’s food experimentation is central to the story, and she has always preferred comfort foods. A variety of soy sauces and sweet chilli sauces, as well as ranch and Tabasco sauce, are all excellent accompaniments to the dish too.
