Upcoming Ampere NXG E-scooter Completes Kashmir To Kanyakumari Journey, Makes Multiple Records
The upcoming electric scooter from Ampere which is likely to be named NXG, has finally completed its journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
The e-scooter covered over 10,000km in 45 days.
Ampere NXG e-scooter began its journey on January 16th, 2024, from Salal Dam in Reasi, Jammu and Kashmir. Moreover, the e-scooter has also set multiple records on its way to Kanyakumari. The records are also recognised by the India Book of Records, which we covered earlier.

Longest electric scooter ride from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, covering over 10,000 kilometres in one journey.
Visiting 115 cities and towns in a single ride, exploring India’s culture and heritage.
Towing an 1860kg pickup truck, along with two passengers, for two kilometres.
Creating the largest electric scooter brand logo on white sands, covering 17100sq.ft.
The Ampere NXG was previously showcased as a concept at Auto Expo. It is now ready for production and might be called ‘Ampere Nexus’, as Ampere had filed a trademark for the name back in April 2023, and is calling the scooter ‘The Nex Big Thing. Expected to launch by mid-2024, it’s likely to be priced between Rs 1.35 lakh and 1.55 lakh (ex-showroom). Pre-bookings for the limited K2K edition are open for Rs 499 on Ampere’s website.
