Stray Kids To Release OST ‘WHY?’ For Japanese Drama For First Time: ‘We Are Excited..’
The popularity of the Kpop industry has skyrocketed over the years and one of the rising groups in the industry is Stray Kids.
The group made its debut in 2017 and consists of eight members: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and IN. Stray Kids has gained global fame over a short span of time and has emerged as a rising successful Kpop group. All the members are now set to release their first Japanese drama OST single ‘WHY?’ and expressed their excitement about their new project.
Expressing the excitement on the release of ‘WHY?’, Stray Kids said in the statement, “We are excited for our first Japanese drama OST work. We prepared the lyrics to express the protagonist’s journey, and we hope that, along with ‘WHY?’, viewers will also enjoy the depth and worldview of the drama.”
‘WHY?’ is also produced by the group’s production team 3RACHA and will officially release at midnight on April 12.
Stray Kids was earlier in the news after the group won the People’s Choice Awards 2024 in the Group/Duo of the Year category.
Talking about the individual career of the Stray Kids member, Felix has become the brand ambassador of BVLGARI. He is well known for his dashing looks and fashion sense and said, “I grew up watching fashionable people who expressed themselves stylishly through clothes, performances, rap, etc. I learned different perspectives.” He recently attended a Bulgari event with Hollywood starlet Anne Hathaway.
On the work front, the group will headline Lollapalooza 2024 this year and will perform alongside SZA, Tyler the Creator, and The Killers. The event will be held in Chicago from August 1-4.
