Required Ingredients: 

  • Four cups of soya milk
  • ten spoons of vanilla essence
  • four apples
  • eight spoons of cashew butter
  • ten cubes of ice
  • four spoons of chia seeds.

This is how you: 

First of all wash and cut the apple.

Now add apple, soya milk, vanilla essence, cashew butter, chia seeds and ice cubes to the blender and blend it.
