Material:
1 cup poha
1 1/2 cup rice semolina
1 cup curd
3/4 teaspoon fruit salt
Salt as per taste
Method:
-First of all, take thick poha, put it in a mixer jar and grind it until it becomes powder.
-If using thin poha, adjust the quantity as per requirement.
Now put the ground poha in a mixing bowl and add 1 cup curd to it. Mix well until the poha absorbs the curd well.
– Keep in mind that the poha mixture absorbs the curd properly.
– After this process, add 1 1/2 cups of rice semolina to the mixture and mix well.
-If rice rava is not available then you can use semolina instead. Now add 1 cup water and salt to the mixture and mix well.
-After this, keep the prepared mixture covered for half an hour.
-After the specified time, take the mixture and mix it gently again, making sure that the semolina has absorbed the water properly.
Then add half a cup of water to the mixture and mix well. Finally, add fruit and salt.
Now grease the idli pot and pour the batter into it. Steam idli for 15 minutes.
-Once the idlis are ready, take them out of the pot and transfer them to a serving dish.
