Which Will You Choose? Triumph Tiger 850 Sport Now Available in Dazzling New Options
Triumph India has introduced two new color schemes for its Tiger 850 Sport Adventure Tourer motorcycle. The new colors are Corrosion Red with Graphite and Roulette Green with Jet Black. These new colors are intended to be quite bold and will undoubtedly attract everyone’s attention. No mechanical changes have been made to it. Apart from the two new colours, the Tiger 850 Sport is also available in Jet Black with Graphite and Diablo Red with Graphite. Meanwhile, the price of the new color schemes remains unchanged. The 2024 Triumph Tiger 850 Sport has an ex-showroom price of Rs. 11.95 lakhs.

The Adventure Tourer is powered by an 888 cc liquid-cooled inline three-cylinder engine that produces 84 bhp of maximum power at 8,500 rpm and 82 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The gearbox on duty is a 6-speed unit with slip and assist clutch. Triumph states that the Tiger 850 Sport has a service interval of 10,000 kilometers or 12 months, whichever comes first.
Additionally, the Triumph uses a tubular steel frame, bolt-on subframe and double-sided aluminum swingarm. Marzocchi manufactures suspension units for the Tiger 850 Sport. The front fork is 45 mm inverted, and the rear mono-shock unit can be manually adjusted for preload.
The motorcycle rests on Brembo style 4-piston monobloc calipers at the front with radial front master cylinder and at the rear Brembo single piston sliding calipers with 255 mm discs along with two twin 320 mm discs. A dual-channel anti-lock braking system is available. The bike has a decent electronics package including switchable traction control and two ride modes, road and rain. Triumph India also introduced the Tiger 900 line in the Indian market earlier this year. It is available in two models: GT and Rally Pro, with the GT priced at Rs. 13.95 lakh and the 2024 Rally Pro is priced at Rs. 15.95 lakh (ex-showroom). Additionally, the GT is more suited to road riding, while the Rally Pro excels at tough trail riding.
