HORRIFIC! Missing Indonesian Woman Found Dead Inside Python

A horrific and terrifying incident has surfaced from central Indonesia where a woman, who was reportedly missing, was found dead inside a python that had swallowed her whole, AFP reported on Saturday, quoting a local official. The woman was identified as 45-year-old Farida, who was found inside the belly of a 16-foot-long python by her husband and residents of Kalempang village in South Sulawesi province on Friday.
Farida went missing on Thursday night. When she did not return home, her husband and villagers started searching for her.
During the search operation, Farida’s husband “found her belongings, which made him suspicious. The villagers then searched the area. They soon spotted a python with a large belly,” village chief Suardi Rosi told AFP.
“They agreed to cut open the python’s stomach. As soon as they did, Farida’s head was immediately visible,” he added.
The woman was found fully clothed inside the reptile’s belly.

Not The First Incident
There have been astonishing instances in Indonesia where pythons have swallowed people whole, leading to tragic loss of life.
Several incidents in recent history include a chilling scene in Tinanggea district, where a farmer was suffocated and consumed by an eight-meter long python. Another gruesome event transpired in Muna town when a 54-year-old lady ended up being a seven-meter python’s fatal meal.
Disturbingly, a farmer in West Sulawesi found himself in the fatal clutches of a four-meter python while working on his palm oil plantation.
