The Center and the National Testing Agency (NTA) told the court on Friday that canceling the exam without any evidence of breach of confidentiality would have a very adverse effect as it could have a “serious impact” on lakhs of honest candidates. According to the July 8 cause list uploaded on the court’s website, a bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra will hear about 37 petitions related to the case.
