SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam Revised Paper Pattern: The staff Selection Commission has declared the results of Tier One of the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (10 + 2). Candidates who have appeared for this year’s SSC CHSL exam can check the result by visiting the official website and following the steps given. The exam was held on these dates
This year’s SSC CHSL Tier One exam was conducted between 1st to 11th July 2024. A total of 41,465 candidates have been selected for Tier Two. The dates of the Tier Two exam have not come yet but the date will be released soon. Keep checking the official website from time to time for the latest updates.
The paper pattern has changed
The results of SSC CHSL Tier One have been released and now the selected candidates will appear for the Tier Two exam. The paper pattern of Tier Two has changed. Let’s know how the exam will be conducted in the new pattern.
The SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam will have three sections and each section will have two modules. Section One will have Module One and questions will mainly come from Mathematical Abilities. At the same time, questions will come from Reasoning and General Intelligence in Module Two.
If you come to Section Two, then the English Language and Comprehension Test will be done in the first module. Whereas in module two, questions will be from general awareness.
Now let’s come to the third and final section. In module one of this section, there will be a computer knowledge test and in module two, a skill test or typing test will be taken.
The exam will be conducted in two sessions
The SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam will be an objective type exam in which multiple-choice questions will be asked. Except for the module test of section 3, which will have a skill test or typing test.
The exam will be conducted in two sessions on the same day. In the first session, all the modules of both sections will be covered, while in the second session, only the second module of the third section will be covered. There will be a skill test or typing test in this.
There is also a negative marking
Also, know that there is also negative marking in the exam, so avoid guesswork and answer only those answers that you know. Except for the second module of section three, i.e. skill test, there is a provision of negative marking in all the modules of all other sections. One mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Also know that except the English paper, all other papers will be available in both languages i.e. Hindi and English. Candidates can answer as they wish.
