A total of 968 junior engineer posts will be filled in the civil, mechanical, and electrical sectors through this recruitment drive of SSC.

As per the schedule, the SSC JE exam will be conducted from June 4 to 6.
SSC JE Recruitment: When will you be able to make corrections in the application?
According to the schedule, the correction window will be opened for two days from 22 to 23 April 2024 for correction in the application of SSC JE recruitment. Interested and eligible candidates should correct their applications by this date.
SSC JE Recruitment: What is the application fee?
Candidates applying for SSC JE posts will have to pay the application fee. General (UR) category candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 100 to register for the SSC JE 2024 exam. At the same time, women candidates and Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD), and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying the fee. The last date to make payment is April 19, 2024.

As per the official notice, “Candidates should not wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of inability or failure to log in to the website due to heavy traffic on the server during the closing days. Candidates are further cautioned that any No extension in the last date for submission of applications will be made under any circumstances.”
