Ather Energy Teases ‘Halo’ Smart Accessory; Here’s What We Know
Ather Energy, a leading electric two-wheeler manufacturer in India, is set to launch a new electric scooter in the market. The manufacturer is gearing up to launch the new Ather Rizta in the Indian market.
In addition to this, the manufacturer has teased a new smart accessory called Halo, which will be unveiled on April 6 at the Ather Community Day. Tarun Mehta, CEO, Ather Energy teased the image of the upcoming smart accessory on his social media account. While the teaser image doesn’t reveal much about the accessory except its name, it seems to have a premium visual appearance.

Mehta mentioned in his post that Halo is a top-secret accessory that will be revealed at Ather Community Day 2024 on April 6. He also mentioned that Ather electric scooter owners who will be attending the event in person may have the chance to win one of these accessories. The Ather Halo could possibly be a smart helmet with features like Bluetooth connectivity and a heads-up display. It could be connected to the user’s smartphone to show navigation directions and other information like speed, battery charge level, etc. However, the details are being kept secret by the electric two-wheeler manufacturer. Moreover, it is also expected that the Ather Halo will not be a cheap accessory, from what is visible in the teaser.
Ather Rizta
Additionally, Ather Energy is gearing up to unveil its next electric scooter, the Rizta, which will be a budget-friendly family-focused electric scooter. The company has been teasing the Rizta electric scooter on social media, highlighting the size of the scooter’s seat. While the complete design of the Rizta is not yet known, it is expected to be built on a new platform with a new electric motor and battery pack. During the Ather Community Day 2024, the electric two-wheeler manufacturer is also set to launch its most comprehensive OTA software update, Atherstack 6. This update is expected to bring new features and an updated smartphone app.
