Bangalore Businessman Buys India’s First Ferrari Purosangue For Whopping Rs 10.5 Cr

India’s First Ferrari Purosangue: Italian supercar marquee Ferrari has delivered the first-ever Purosangue in India. Ferrari Purosangue is the brand’s first four-door model that has been delivered to a Bangalore’s renowned businessman, Boopesh Reddy.

Ferrari has priced the Purosangue at a whopping Rs 10.5 crore (ex-showroom) in India. Bookings for the Ferrari Purosangue in India have already been closed off till 2026 due to the high demand from the Tifosis.

Ferrari Purosangue is being referred to as an SUV model and is the brand’s first offering in the segment. There are other luxury SUVs in the same segment which include models such as the Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Cayenne, Bentley Bentayga, Aston Martin DBX and Rolls Royce Cullinan.

As iconic as the brand, the Ferrari Pursosangue boasts some impressive amenities such as rear-hinged doors that open with a welcoming gesture, optional electrochromic glass roof and dual-cockpit design with 10.25 inch touchscreen for both the driver and the front row passenger. Moreover, in terms of design, the Ferrari Purosangue boasts efficient aerodynamic performance, featuring a contemporary split headlight arrangement, retractable door handles, and an aerobridge at the bonnet edges.

Talking about the powertrain of the Ferrari Pursosangue, unlike most high-performance SUVs that feature twin-turbo V8 engines, the Ferrari Purosangue boasts a powerful 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 petrol engine. This powerhouse is tuned to deliver an impressive power output of 725 bhp and 716 Nm of torque. Power is distributed to all four wheels through a 2-speed front power transmission and an 8-speed rear-set dual-clutch transmission. The Purosangue accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and boasts a top speed of 310 km/h. The SUV offers a ground clearance of 180 mm, with an optional 30mm lift available for low-speed use.
