Bentley Bentayga Delivery Video Goes Viral For Its Pooja Rituals: Check Out All Details Here
A beautiful red Bentley Bentayga was delivered and a video showing a pooja and rituals being done on the Bentayga outside a temple in Bangalore has been released on social media.
The Bentley Bentayga (priced at Rs 5-7 crore on-road) seen in the gorgeous colour, St James Red, has been seen having a Pooja done like most Hindu Families do after buying a new car. However, it’s not every day that we see a luxury car having a pooja done.
The Bentley Bentayga (priced at Rs 5-7 crore on-road) seen in the gorgeous colour, St James Red, has been seen having a Pooja done like most Hindu Families do after buying a new car. However, it’s not every day that we see a luxury car having a pooja done.
Vahan Pooja is a Hindu tradition of praying and blessing a new vehicle for a safe and smooth life and protection. The Pooja starts with ensuring the vehicle is clean, applying turmeric paste and vermillion, burning incense sticks, offering flowers, coconuts, and praying.
Bentley sells their luxurious Bentayga around the world with variants with different offerings of wheelbases, either long or short. The Bentayga seen outside the Temple appears to be the short wheelbase variant which is equipped with a Petrol, 4.0-litre V8 that produces 542bhp and 770Nm of torque.
The British carmaker Bentley launched the Bentayga in 2015 as the first SUV in their lineup. Bentley continues to make small changes and improvements to the Bentayga as years pass.
This is not the only Exotic Car Pooja to circle social media platforms. In April 2023, there was a video of a priest(Pandit) performing a pooja on a Lamborghini Huracan STO Performante in Bangalore that was released on the internet. After the Pooja, the owner was seen taking his new toy out for a joy ride.
The Lamborghini Huracan STO Performante has a 5.2-litre V10 naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 635bhp and 565 Nm of torque powering only the rear wheels, unlike the Huracan Performance which is powered to all four wheels.
Drivespark Thinks
With the Automotive Industry in India growing we can only expect to see more supercars and luxury vehicles having pooja done as consumers continue to grow their car collections.
