Breakfast bonanza: Study says what you eat for the first meal could make you less or more attractive to your partner
A full English breakfast, as per scientists, can make you look more attractive to your partner. As per a study, women are more likely to be attracted to a man who prefers eating eggs and sausages for breakfast than one who has a toast with butter or jam with coffee.
Turns out, men who eat more refined carbohydrates for breakfast, those found in pastries, white bread, sugary cereals, and fruit juice, are less attractive to women. Women, too, are likely to lose their ‘sex appeal’ by eating too much sugar.
How does breakfast affect attractiveness?
Experts said that in the long run, too, this effect is evident in cake and donut lovers and those who can’t get enough meat fruits, or nuts for breakfast. Researchers at the University of Montpellier in France said that junk food can cause changes to someone’s face right after eating; furthermore, it can result in long-term weight gain. Researchers wrote the same in the Plos One journal and authors, too, said that breakfast consumed right before a photo session can hurt the attractiveness of both sexes.
