CARS24 targets 50% increase in women workforce by 2024
Presently, the composition of women and LGBTQ+ individuals in CARS24’s workforce is under 20%. To combat this imbalance and promote inclusivity, the company has initiated recruitment and training programs aimed at integrating women into both its corporate and frontline positions. Available roles span across customer experience, operations, marketing, product development, and more.
