CBSE has released the mark verification and re-evaluation schedule for the class 10 compartment result. Candidates who are not satisfied with their marks can apply.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the mark verification and re-evaluation schedule for the supplementary exam 2024 after declaring the result of the class 10th supplementary exam. Students who are not happy with the marks given for any question and want to challenge it can apply online for re-evaluation of marks as per the schedule.
According to the official notice released by CBSE, even a reduction of one mark will be affected after the revaluation process. The result of the revaluation will be final and no request or review against the revaluation will be considered.
How much will the fee be
Students who wish to apply for re-evaluation will have to pay an online application fee. Online applications for verification of marks will be accepted between August 9 and 10. Students will have to pay an online application fee of Rs 500 per subject. To get a photocopy of the re-evaluated answer sheet, students can apply on August 16 by paying Rs 500 per answer sheet. Remember that registration for re-evaluation will start on August 20, in which a fee of Rs 100 will have to be paid per question.
Only those students who apply for verification of marks will be allowed to get a photocopy of the answer sheet for that subject. Requests for re-evaluation and challenge will be accepted only on payment of Rs 100 per question for the theoretical part.
The applicant has to refer to the marking scheme in the respective subject which will be available on the official website cbse.gov.in along with the question paper. After this, students can submit an application for re-evaluation of the required questions including reasoning.
Compartment results released
CBSE Class 10th compartment results were declared on August 5. Students who appeared for the said exam can download their results by visiting the official website results.digilocker.gov.in or cbse.gov.in using their admit card number, date of birth, and security pin.
