CBSE urges schools for timely feedback on board exam question papers

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a notification outlining its requests for schools regarding the submission of observations on board exam question papers.

CBSE urged schools to upload observations on the Online Examination Centre Management System (OECMS) on the same day as the exam.

However, the board assures that no action will be taken if submissions are not punctual or fail to comply with instructions.

“You are aware that the board examinations for Class 10 and 12 have started. Every year, schools are requested to send their observations and issues if any to the CBSE on the question paper in OECMS,” the latest CBSE notification stated.

In the official notification, CBSE highlighted the importance of clarity in submissions, stating that vague and unclear observations may not be considered.

The board issued the notification after noticing schools sending observations to incorrect email IDs and submitting vague and unclear feedback days after exams.

The board emphasised the need for precise feedback to ensure effective improvements in question papers.
