In a significant move towards making electric vehicles more accessible to the Indian market, Bounce Infinity, a pioneer in locally-made e-scooters, has announced a substantial price reduction on its E1+ range of electric scooters.
In a bid to drive the nation towards sustainable transportation, the company has slashed prices by 21%, bringing the ex-showroom price down to an attractive Rs 89,999. This adjustment represents a remarkable saving of Rs 24,000 from the previous price tag of Rs 1,13,000.
The revised pricing is effective immediately and will be available to customers across the country until March 31st, 2024. This strategic price reduction is part of Bounce Infinity’s commitment to democratize electric mobility.
The unique selling proposition (USP) of the Bounce Infinity E-Scooters lies in their removable batteries, which can be easily charged using any 15Amp wall socket, akin to a cell phone.
This feature, coupled with their innovative design, industry-leading liquid-cooled battery technology, and exceptional performance, positions Bounce Infinity scooters as a forerunner in addressing the common concerns surrounding electric vehicles, such as charging time and range.
Anil G, COO and Co-founder of Bounce Infinity, underscored the company’s vision, stating, “At Bounce Infinity, we believe everyone deserves access to sustainable transportation. This significant price reduction reflects our dedication to addressing consumer needs for affordability, performance, and ease of use.”
He further emphasized that the initiative was aimed at empowering consumers to be part of the green revolution and experience the future of mobility through features like portable batteries, quick charging, extended range, and smart connectivity, all offered at a competitive price point.
The Bounce Infinity E1+ comes equipped with a 2.2 kW peak power motor that allows for a top speed of 65 kmph and 2 kWh lithium Ion NMC batteries. These batteries are certified as per the latest IAS 156 battery standard.
