DU UG Admission 2024: Deadline to fill course-college extended, read details here
DU UG Admission 2024: The University of Delhi (DU) has extended the deadline for filling CSAS UG Phase 2 preference. According to the official notification, students can now fill in their preferences for the program and college till 11.59 pm on August 9. Students who have completed Phase 1 will have to log in to their dashboard to complete Phase 2. Let us tell you that earlier, students were allowed to submit their preferences till 5 pm on August 9.
After the due date, the window for submitting preferences will be automatically locked and used for allotment. Students have been advised to choose the maximum number of preferences in which a candidate is willing to take admission. Addition/deletion/editing of programs and colleges will not be allowed after the deadline for Phase 2. A notice has been issued in this regard. Candidates can read the official notification by visiting the official website of DU at admissions.uod.ac.in.
The third round allotment schedule is to be released later
According to the notice released by DU, performance-based programs like BA (H) Music, Bachelor of Fine Arts, BSc, Physical Education, Health Education and Sports, BSc (PE, HE&S), Extracurricular Activities, and Additional Quota are expected to start from August 12. All students have been advised to make arrangements accordingly. Allotment of seats under these quotas will begin with the third round of allotment. Also, allotment of additional quotas of CW, ECA, Sports, PMS, Sikkim Nominee, and Delhi University Ward Quota will be done in the third round. The schedule for the third round of allotment will be announced later. Candidates can check the official website of DU for the schedule of trials.
Webinars will be conducted
The Admissions Branch will conduct a webinar on August 9 at 3 pm to explain the procedure for trials, and admissions to ECA and Sports Supernumerary Quota. The webinar will be broadcast on the official YouTube channel of Delhi University. Candidates are advised to keep a regular check on the admissions website for latest updates.
