HP Launches Four New 14-inch Chromebooks, Pricing Starts at $300
HP has just unveiled not one or two, but four new 14-inch Chromebooks, all powered by Intel’s latest Alder Lake-N processors. Offering a range of features and price points to suit different needs, these Chromebooks cater to students, casual users and those seeking a more premium experience.
Users can also choose between multiple storage variants and CPUs
The top-of-the-line model is the HP Chromebook Plus x360 14-in. This versatile Chromebook features a powerful Intel Core i3-N305 processor, 8GB of LPDDR5 memory and 128GB or 256GB of UFS storage. The 14-inch IPS touchscreen display offers crisp Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and supports multi-touch functionality. It also has a 1080p webcam for clear video calls, perfect for online learning or working remotely.
For those seeking a balance of performance and affordability, the HP Chromebook x360 14-inch offers two configurations. Both models feature the same 14-inch Full HD touchscreen display and 720p webcam. Users can choose between an Intel N100 or N200 processor paired with 4GB or 8GB of memory and 64GB or 128GB of storage.
The final offering is the HP Chromebook 14-inch. This non-convertible Chromebook shares many similarities with the x360 version, including the display, webcam, and battery life. The main difference lies in the processor options, with the Chromebook 14-inch offering the same Intel N100 or N200 choices but without the flexibility of the 360-degree hinge.
Pricing starts at a budget-friendly $300 for the base HP Chromebook x360 14-inch, making it a great option for students or casual users. The HP Chromebook Plus x360 14-inch, with its more powerful processor and features, starts at $599.99. All models are available for purchase with the exception of the Chromebook x360 14-inch (N100 processor) arriving later this month.
