IGNOU extends January 2024 session registration deadline till March 20

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the registration deadline for the January 2024 session (fresh admission) till March 20. Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website of IGNOU, i.e., ignou.ac.in, for the registration process.

IGNOU took to its official X (formally Twitter) handle to announce the news.

As per the information, earlier, the last date of registration was March 10, 2024.

STEPS TO REGISTER

Candidates can follow these steps to register for the January 2024 session:

Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU, i.e., ignou.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click the link that reads, ‘Last date extended till 20th March 2024 for Fresh Admission for all programmes offered in ODL/Online mode for the January 2024 session.’

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Click on the link that you desire:

Fresh Admission for January 2024 Session (ODL/Distance Programmes)
Fresh Admission for January 2024 Session (Online Programmes)
(Fresh Admission for January 2024 Session for PGDMCH, PGDGM, PGDHHM, DNA, PGDHIVM, PGCMDM)
Step 5: A new page will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Register yourself and proceed to fill in the application form.

Step 7: Submit your application.
