Indian Army Bharti 2024: The Indian Army has released the notification of the NCC Special Entry Scheme 57th Course. Through this, there will be direct recruitment to the post of Lieutenant in the army. Under the NCC Special Entry Scheme, there is no need to pass the written exam like NDA or CDS in recruitment. Rather, there is a direct SSB interview.
Application for the NCC Special Entry Scheme course has to be done by visiting the Army website joinindianarmy.nic.in. The last date of application is 9 August 2024. Both unmarried men and women can apply for this army recruitment. After completing the course, one gets a short service commission on the post of Lieutenant in the Army. Whose salary is almost equal to the basic salary of an IAS officer.
Army NCC Special Entry 2024: How many vacancies are there?
There are a total of 76 vacancies in the NCC Special Entry Scheme 57th Course. Out of which 70 vacancies are for men and 6 for women. 7 seats in men’s vacancies and 1 seat in women’s are reserved for the children of war casualties.
Army NCC Special Entry 2024: Eligibility
For the NCC Special Entry Scheme, candidates should have a graduation degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. Students studying in the final year can also apply. But the condition is that there should be at least 50% marks in the results of previous years. Apart from this, candidates should have an NCC C certificate with at least a B grade. See the notification for more details regarding eligibility. NCC C certificate is not required for children of war casualties.
Army NCC Special Entry 2024: Age Limit
For the NCC Special Entry Scheme, the age of the candidates should be a minimum of 19 years and a maximum of 25 years. This means the candidates should not have been born before 2 January 2000 and after 1 January 2006.
Army NCC Special Entry 2024: How much salary will be available?
After completing the NCC Special Entry Course, you will get the Short Service Commission on the post of Lieutenant. Short Service Commission service is of 14 years. The salary of Lieutenant is Rs 56,100 – 1,77,500.
