have shared insights into what could be the design of the vanilla iPhone 16 and the iPhone 16 Pro through CAD renders.
The vanilla iPhone 16 is set to surprise users with a revamped camera module that draws inspiration from the iPhone X. Details indicate that the power button will maintain its position on the right side of the device. A significant addition is the rumored capture button, positioned next to the power button, featuring pressure sensitivity for focus and zoom adjustments. This model will also retain the rounded edges and boxy design that has been characteristic of Apple’s smartphones.
iPhone 16 Pro Design and Specifications
Switching focus to the iPhone 16 Pro, the device is expected to feature thinner bezels and rounded corners, a design continuity from the iPhone 15 Pro. Apple is also likely to extend the use of titanium frames to the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max models. The Pro version will also include the capture button that debuted with the 15 Pro models with new functionalities akin to those on the basic iPhone 16 model.
According to 91Mobiles, the iPhone 16 Pro will boast a 6.1-inch display with dimensions of 149.6×71.4×8.4 mm, making it slightly larger in all dimensions compared to the iPhone 15 Pro. However, there’s speculation from MacRumors about Apple possibly offering a larger 6.3-inch display on the 16 Pro model.
The upcoming iPhone 16 Pro is expected to feature a camera setup similar to its predecessors. It could also inherit the 5x telephoto camera from the iPhone 15 Pro Max, promising superior photography capabilities.
While the detailed designs and specifications offer a glimpse into what the iPhone 16 series might hold, we should take these leaks with a grain of salt until Apple officially launches these devices.
