JSSC 2023 Final Answer Key: JSSC CGL final answer key revised, 11 questions cancelled..

JSSC Final Answer Key Revised: Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has revised the final answer key of the CGL exam 2023. As per the new answer key, 11 questions have been cancelled as all the options in them were wrong. For such questions, the commission has decided to award full marks to all the candidates.

Cancelled questions

Question Paper 1: 4 questions cancelled.

Question Paper 2: 1 question of Khortha, 5 of Santali and 4 of Kudukh cancelled.

Other subjects
No changes have been made in the final answer key of all other subjects except Khortha, Nagpuri, Santali, and Kudukh. These answer keys were published on 18 October 2024 and will remain valid.

Expert review
The commission got all the objections reviewed by the expert committee based on the representations of the candidates. After the review, the experts recommended the amendment, based on which the answer key was updated.

Result and Merit List

It is being said that after the formation of the new government, there has been a speed-up in preparing the results. It is expected that the results will be declared in December 2024. Candidates will be able to see the merit list and results by visiting jssc.nic.in.

Exam Conducted
The exam was conducted on 21 and 22 September 2024. More than 6 lakh candidates participated in this recruitment process.

Normalization Process
The merit list of the candidates will be prepared based on their normalized marks.

Paper-1 (Language Knowledge):

There were questions in Hindi and English.

This is only a qualifying paper.

It is mandatory to get 30% marks in total.

Its marks will not be included in the final merit list.

Paper-2 and Paper-3:

Regional Language and General Knowledge.

Minimum 30% marks required in each.

The general merit list will be prepared on the basis of the sum of these two.

Selection in case of equal marks
If two candidates have equal marks, preference will be given on the basis of their date of birth. The candidate who is older in age will be given preference.
