Kawasaki Ninja 500 First Look Teased Ahead Of India Launch
The Kawasaki Ninja 500 has been teased ahead of its launch in the country. The new motorcycle was earlier unveiled at the EICMA 2023 with the Z500. This sports motorcycle will be added to an already extensive lineup of the brand in India.
Before this, the brand launched new versions of the Eliminator 500 in the Indian market along with the updated version of the Z650RS retro sport motorcycle. Meanwhile, the United States and the European market have the 2024 Z500 and the Ninja 500.
The 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 500 carries the design DNA of the ZX-6R and ZX-10R. Hence, there is a visible sporty appeal with an aggressive design complemented by the split headlamp setup. Additionally, the motorcycle has a small windscreen, a sharp angular design with a full-fledged front fender and fairing. At the rear end, the motorcycle has a swept-up tail section, clip-on handlebar, and split seat. This design will be complemented by multiple paint schemes including Lime Green, with Ebony and Metallic Matter Dark Grey, Metallic Flat Spark Black, and Metallic Moondust Grey.
The brand is also offering features like a TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, Kawasaki Intelligent Proximity Activation Start System, LED headlights, Type-C charging port, dual-channel ABS, and more. As for the hardware, the motorcycle comes with telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock. The braking duties are handled by a 310 mm front disc and the 220 mm rear unit.
