KVS Admission: Admission rules changed in Kendriya Vidyalaya, and new rule for children of private jobs also
There is important news for parents wishing to enroll their children in Kendriya Vidyalaya. A major change has been made in the rules of admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya, which is very important for you to know.
KVS Admission 2024-2025: There is very important news for parents who want to enroll their children in Kendriya Vidyalaya. Eight seats each have been reduced for admission in each class of Kendriya Vidyalaya. There is a notification issued in this regard on the official website. According to the notification issued, applications have been invited for 32 seats only. Whereas earlier till now there used to be 40-40 seats in every class from primary to higher secondary.
Will not get the benefit of state transfer
Along with this, changes have also been made in the transfer policy of children. If parents working in the private sector are transferred outside the state, children will not get transferred to a school in another state. In simple language, children of people working in private jobs will not get the benefit of a state transfer facility. Let us tell you that every year a huge number of admission applications come in KV.
When can you apply?
Let us tell you that the application process for admission in Class 1 and all other classes is going on in Kendriya Vidyalaya. For Class 1, applications can be made till 15 April 2024, which is the last date.
Whereas the last date to apply for all other classes is 10 April 2024.
The first list of selected students for Class 1 will be released on April 19. After this, the third release will be made on 29th April and then on 8th May.
Whereas the list for all the remaining classes will be released on April 15.
