Lal Salaam OTT Release Delayed? When Will Rajinikanth-Starrer Tamil Movie Be Available Online?
Lal Salaam’ hit the theatres on February 9, 2024. The Tamil movie received mixed reviews and failed to impress the audience at the box-office.
In the movie, Rajinikanth appears in an extended cameo role, while Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth take on the main protagonist roles. They’re supported by a talented ensemble cast, including Vignesh, Livingston, Senthil, Jeevitha, K. S. Ravikumar, and Thambi Ramaiah.

Based on what’s happening in the movie industry now, every new Tamil movie comes to streaming platforms after showing exclusively in theatres for four weeks. This way of doing things has led to disagreements between the people who make the movies and others involved in the box office business.
Even though exhibitors and distributors have protested this way of doing things many times, it keeps happening without any changes.
It’s still unclear whether Lal Salaam will break away from the usual routine by staying in theaters for a longer time or if it will follow the same pattern as other movies. We’ll have to wait and see what happens.
According to a report in OTT Play, the movie didn’t do well in terms of ticket sales at the box office, so it’s highly improbable that the people in charge of making it will decide to postpone when it becomes available for digital viewing.
