MP Teacher Recruitment Rules: Change in teacher recruitment rules in MP, not only CTET but teacher eligibility test of other states is also valid, conditions apply..
There has been a major change in teacher recruitment in Madhya Pradesh. Under this change, the teacher eligibility test conducted in other states along with CTET will be valid in the recruitment of teachers in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh Tribal Affairs Department has decided to accept the CTET i.e. Central Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by CBSE along with the Madhya Pradesh government in teacher recruitment along with the teacher eligibility test of other states. This will happen with the candidates applying under compassionate appointment. MP Tribal Affairs Department has issued instructions to all Assistant Commissioners and District Coordinators.
Secondary and higher secondary teachers in the schools of the MP Tribal Affairs Department must have a B.Ed. Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) is mandatory for compassionate appointment in teacher recruitment. In such a situation, the benefit of this instruction will be given to those candidates who pass the teacher eligibility test while living in other states. Along with this, those candidates who are not natives of MP, although the department has clarified that this rule will be applicable only on compassionate appointments.
If reports are to be believed, more than 250 posts are to be recruited on compassionate grounds in various schools of the MP Tribal Affairs Department. In such a situation, candidates who have passed the teacher eligibility test from any state will be able to apply for it.
