Munjya Box Office Collection Day 2: Sharvari Wagh’s Film Sees an Impressive Hike in Numbers, Mints Rs 10.75 Crore Already
Munjya Box Office: Munjya had a strong opening day at the box office, earning Rs 4 crores on its first day (Friday), after its premiere to overwhelmingly positive reviews from the public. Sharvari Wagh and Abhay Verma’s film showed an amazing increase in numbers on the first Saturday and minted Rs 6 crores. The overall collection of the film crossed Rs 10 crores thanks to the trend and great word of mouth. While ‘Mr And Mrs Mahi,’ starring Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, is giving Munjya some competition, watching how this Sharvari film does at the box office on its first weekend of release would be fascinating.
Munjya Box Office Analysis
Munjya has the potential to be a much-needed clean hit for the Hindi film industry if it does well on Monday. While the film industry has had several triumphs in recent months, none of the other films have truly achieved breakthrough-level sales, except for Shaitaan.
It’s interesting to note that after defeating Bunty Aur Babli 2, which brought in Rs 2.60 crores on the same day, Sharvari’s opening performance to date has been his highest.
The movie’s effective premiere was largely due to its marketing strategy. A wider audience was drawn in by using creative promotional techniques and unconventional pricing methods. The film’s momentum was greatly aided by the favourable reviews and early attendance from reviewers. Despite its niche status, the horror-comedy genre was able to attract viewers seeking a novel perspective on classic Bollywood movies. Even with the low pre-sale numbers, ticket sales for ‘Munjya‘ increased significantly throughout the day.
