NSCL Vacancy 2024: What qualification for which post
For the post of Deputy General Manager Vigilance in National Seeds Corporation Limited (NSCL), candidates should have an MBA HR MSW or LLB degree. Apart from this, 10 years of experience has also been sought. The qualification for Assistant Manage Vigilance is the same, but the experience should be of two years. Similarly, for Management Trainee HR, two years of PG degree or diploma along with one year of work experience is also required. An MSc Agriculture degree is mandatory for a Management Trainee. Similarly, different qualifications are prescribed for different posts. For some posts, 12th/ITI/Diploma/B.Com holders can also apply. Similarly, for some posts, candidates who have completed Graduate/BE/BTech/BSc (Agriculture)/MBA/PG Degree/Diploma/Personal Management/LLB/Label Welfare/M.Sc can apply.

The maximum age for the posts of Trainee, Senior Trainee, and Management Trainee is 27 years. The maximum age limit for Assistant Manager is 30 years and for Deputy General Manager is 50 years. Candidates from reserved categories will be given relaxation in the age limit
Govt Jobs Selection Process: How will the selection be done
There will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) for these posts of National Seeds Corporation Limited (NSCL). Document verification of the candidates who are successful in this will be done. After this, the final selection will be done based on personal interview.
