NTA JEE Mains Result 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the results of JEE Main 2024 Session-2. Candidates appearing in JEE Main can check their results on the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in. A total of 9.24 candidates appeared in JEE Main 2024. Whereas 8.2 candidates appeared in JEE Main 2023.
This year, 56 candidates have got a perfect 100 percentile score in JEE Main. Whereas last year only 13 candidates had achieved a 100 percentile score, out of which two were girls – Saanvi Jain from Karnataka and Shayna Sinha from Delhi. The rest are male candidates. Last year only one girl had achieved a 100 percentile score. She was Ridhi Kamlesh Kumar from Karnataka.
JEE cutoff
This time, for general category candidates, the cutoff for JEE (Advanced) is 93.23. It was 90.77 in the year 2023 and 88.4 in 2022. The cutoff for JEE Advanced in 2021 was 87.9 and in 2020 and 2019 it was 90.3 and 89.7 respectively.
Highest topper of Telangana
A maximum of 15 candidates from Telangana have scored 100 percentile. After this, there are Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Rajasthan. 3-3 candidates from each state have achieved a 100 percentile score. 2-2 candidates from Delhi and Haryana, and 1-1 from Tamil Nadu and Karnataka have 100 percentile scores. In the January 2024 session of JEE Main, 23 candidates had secured 100 percentile score.
