The Italian marquee has made a mark on the world with its unique sports cars which are considered special by many. However, all Ferraris are not made equal, some of them stand higher than others and are desired by many.

One such model is the Ferrari Enzo. In disappointing news for the fans of the model, one of these cars has been damaged in a crash on the autobahn near Munich, Germany. The crash completely destroyed one of the 399 units of the sports car ever made.

Based on the reports, the Ferrari Enzo crashed on the A99 section of the Autobahn near Munich at around 11:20 am. The Munich Police Department stated that the driver approaching the Neuherberg exit lost control of the sports car and slammed into the guardrail in the center of the motorway. The Munich Police Department said, “A Ferrari skidded for unknown reasons and crashed into the central barrier.”

The Enzo did not crash into any other vehicle. However, the parts flew away because of the impact and damaged other vehicles around 200 meters apart. Because of this three people sustained injuries and were hospitalised. One person was hit by the parts of the Italian car.

The person driving the Ferrari has not been identified yet. However, if rumours are to be trusted the Ferrari was not being driven by the driver instead a mechanic of an employee may have been behind the wheel at the time.
