Yoga, an ancient practice originating in India, has gained recognition worldwide for its myriad health benefits, including its potential to aid in the management of epilepsy and epileptic seizures. Santosh Pandey MD Rejua Energy Center and a yoga expert told News9, “While yoga should not be considered a standalone treatment for epilepsy, it can serve as a complementary approach alongside medical interventions.”
