Recruitment for the posts of SI and constable in Railway Police, there are more than 4000 vacancies, and applications starting from today.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a notification for the recruitment of 4,660 Sub-Inspector, Constable vacancies in the department. The application process for these posts will start from today i.e. 15th April. The application process will be started on the official website. When will the application process end?
As per the details given in the notification, the last date to apply for RRB RPF Constable, SI Recruitment is 14 May 2024. Candidates should apply by this date.
When will the correction window open?
After the registration deadline, the board will open the RRB RPF Constable, SI application correction window from May 15 to 24, 2024. Candidates who have successfully registered for the recruitment exam will be able to make changes in their RRB RPF application form 2024 through the correction window. To make corrections in RRB RPF SI, Constable Application Form 2024, candidates need to use their login credentials like registration number and date of birth.
How much vacancy is there
This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,660 vacancies in the department. Out of which 4,208 posts are for constables and the remaining 452 posts are for sub-inspectors.
What is the age limit?
Candidates age for the posts of Constable (Executive) should be between 18 to 28 years as on July 1, 2024. For SI vacancies, the age limit is 20 to 28 years as of the specified date. There is a special provision to grant a one-time extension of 3 years beyond the normal age limit due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, further relaxations in the maximum age limit will be given for candidates belonging to reserved categories. Educational qualification
For constable vacancies, candidates must have a minimum 10th class certification from a recognized board. For SI vacancies, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute.
