Samsung Galaxy A55, Galaxy A35 Launching on March 11 in India; What to Expect
Samsung is all set to launch two new A-series smartphones namely – Galaxy A55 5G and the Galaxy A35 5G in India. Samsung’s upcoming A-series handsets will be arriving on March 11.
The brand has shared a teaser video on X (formerly Twitter) to confirm the launch of the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35. The launch date has been revealed via the brand’s officialsite. Interested folks can also register on the Samsung website to be notified about the upcoming phones.
Samsung Galaxy A55, Galaxy A35 Expected Features
The Samsung Galaxy A55 5G and Galaxy A35 5G will succeed the Galaxy A54 5G and Galaxy A34 5G, respectively. Although Samsung has not confirmed the features of the smartphones yet. Multiple leaks and rumours have given us an idea of what to expect from the upcoming A-series smartphones.
Earlier, both the Galaxy A55 and the Galaxy A35 models were seen in black, lime, pink and white colour options. The power button and volume rockers of both handsets will be on the right edge. There will be a triple rear camera system arranged vertically.
The Samsung Galaxy A55 is expected to feature a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It might come with the Exynos 1480 processor paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB onboard storage option.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy A35 is expected to have a slightly smaller 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Samsung could use the Exynos 1380 chip for the Galaxy A35. Both smartphones are tipped to pack 5,000 mAh battery units.
However, the Galaxy A55 is expected to come with 25W charging, while the Galaxy A35 might support 15W wired charging. In terms of optics, both devices will include a 50MP main lens with OIS support. However, the Galaxy A55 will have a 12MP ultra-wide lens, while the Galaxy A35 will feature an 8MP secondary camera.
