  1. Basmati Rice(basmati)-1 glass
  2. Chopped Onion -2(medium)
  3. Green chilli-2
  4. Cashew(kaju)-12 to 15
  5. Cumin seeds-1 tsp
  6. Mix vegetables of your choice like cauliflower, carrot, green peas and french beans
  7. Chopped Potato- 2
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Bay leaves-2
  10. Dry red chilli-2
  11. Cinnamon(dalchini)-2 inch
  12. Crushed Black cardamom-1
  13. Cloves-4
  14. Black pepper- 6 to 8
  15. Mace(javitri) -1
  16. Nutmug – 2
  17. Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  18. Ghee/oil-3 tbsp
  19. Water-1.5 glass
