Fazilpuria is likely to be questioned on how and where he got the snakes from and if other people are also involved in this alleged racket.
Elvish Yadav was arrested on Sunday for selling snake venom at rave parties in the Delhi NCR region. On Monday, he was produced before the Surajpur court which remanded him in 14 days’ judicial custody.

Five other people are also accused in the case which was lodged following a raid at a banquet hall in Noida Sector 51 in November last year. The raid was prompted by a tip-off from an NGO run by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi. Although Yadav was listed as one of the accused in the FIR, he was not arrested then. He was questioned by the police twice, during which related evidence was gathered. The YouTuber had earlier denied any involvement in the case.
Apart from charges under the Wildlife Act, Yadav now faces charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
