‘Strict Instructions From Mr. Ratan Tata…’ LinkedIn User’s Post On ‘ Dogs In Taj Hotel’ Goes Viral

An HR professional saw a dog sleeping peacefully at the entrance of Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. Rubi Khan posted her experience on Linkedin which caught the attention of many users including the Taj Hotel official account. After seeing a dog sleeping peacefully, she enquired about it with the hotel staff, who informed her that the dog had been a part of the hotel since birth. The staff also told her that Entrepreneur Ratan Tata had given strict instructions to treat animals who are entering the hotel premises “well”.

In a LinkedIn post, an HR professional named Rubi Khan said “This is the entrance of the Taj Mahal Hotel, one of the most luxurious and finest hotels in the country. During my stay, as I started my day, I noticed a living being sleeping peacefully in the same spot, seemingly carefree. My curiosity led me to ask the hotel staff about him, and I learned that he has been a part of the hotel since birth. There are strict instructions from Mr. Ratan Tata to treat these animals well if they enter the premises.”
She added , “What inspired me to write this is the realization that this place, home to numerous guests ranging from political dignitaries to national and international celebrities, values every being within its walls. The entrance of such a prestigious establishment holds significant importance, and there he was, peacefully sleeping, perhaps unnoticed by many of the guests. Amidst the chaos, he owns the place, finding his sanctuary.”
