2. Paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea

3. Chest pain
Discomfort, pressure, or tightness in the chest that may radiate to the arms, back, neck, or jaw.
4. Cough with dyspnea
Persistent cough accompanied by difficulty breathing or a sensation of breathlessness.
5. Palpitations
Awareness of the heartbeat, which may feel rapid, irregular, or pounding.
6. Perspiration
Excessive sweating, particularly during sleep or in association with other symptoms.
