Upcoming Bajaj Pulsar RS200: Anticipated Modifications and Launch Details
As leading two-wheeler giant Bajaj makes efforts to update its Pulsar line, customers will soon get the 2024 version of the Pulsar RS200. The company has not yet shared any concrete or official details about the launch. However, some reports suggest that the updated avatar of Rs 200 will arrive in India in the coming months.
Expected changes
It has been reported that the motorcycle will come with some significant changes, including an updated LED headlight setup, paired with fog lamps, and will be equipped with some enhanced features. It is likely to get an improved Bluetooth-enabled digital cluster, which will make it even more tech-loaded than before. The company aims to attract a larger target audience with the upcoming RS200, for which it may introduce the model with new graphics and color options. Customers can expect an updated front facial, revised fairing on the sides and a bolder stance from the upcoming RS200. Despite all the changes and improvements, the overall charm and aesthetic will remain the same as the current model.
Suspension setup
To make it more comfortable in the segment, the company may use an updated USD fork at the front. It is likely to be the same one seen in the Pulsar N160. Again! A confirmation for the same is awaited by the brand.
Engine and Power
The report says that the company will not have any change of heart. That means the upcoming Pulsar RS200 will use the same 199.5 cc, liquid-cooled engine, which generates 24 bhp of maximum power and 18.7 Nm of peak torque.
Price
Interested customers may have to shell out more for the updated Bajaj Pulsar RS200. However, even with the increased price, the upcoming model will continue to be the most affordable model in the segment. Meanwhile, the current version is Rs. 1.73 lakh (ex-showroom) at a starting price of Rs.
