Skoda’s Entry-Level Compact SUV

Slated for a March 2025 launch, Skoda’s upcoming compact SUV will mark the brand’s entry into the highly competitive segment. This vehicle will be built on the MQB A0 IN platform, known for its extensive localization.

It promises many features similar to the Kushaq midsize SUV. Under the hood, it will sport a 1.0L turbo petrol engine, available with manual and automatic transmission options. This launch is a strategic move by Skoda to capture a larger share of the Indian automotive market.

Positioned above the Exter micro SUV, the 2025 Venue is expected to offer a more luxurious and feature-packed cabin. It will continue its rivalry with the likes of Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, and Maruti Suzuki Brezza among others.

The Clavis is anticipated to debut globally later this year and will hit Indian markets by early 2025. It is expected to come in various versions

, including IC-engined, hybrid, and electric models. The Kia Clavis has been spotted undergoing tests in India and Korea, building anticipation for its launch.
