UPMSP UP Board 10th, 12th Exams 2024 To Begin Tomorrow, Check Guidelines Here
The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is all set to commence the UP Board high school and intermediate exams from tomorrow, February 22, 2024. Students are reminded to bring a hard copy of their UP Board exam 2024 admit card on the examination day.
This year, a total of 55,25,308 candidates are expected to appear for the UP Board exams, including 29,47,311 candidates for class 10 and 25,77,997 for class 12. The examinations will take place at 8,265 centers distributed across 75 districts of the state. At the state level, along with the Directorate of Secondary Education, Lucknow, Examination Center Lucknow and the Headquarters of the Council, Prayagraj, and 05 regional offices have also established command and control centers, which will enable live monitoring of all examination centers and district-level control and monitoring centers.
Similarly, at the district level, command and control centers, helplines and other arrangements have been made. Through these, live monitoring of all district examination centers will be conducted. To prevent the possibility of cheating, the examination papers will be opened under the supervision of CCTV cameras and arrangements for 24-hour surveillance with armed forces and live CCTV cameras have been made in collection centers and strong rooms. Inspection of the strong room will be conducted by the morning security force.
Instructions have been given to the district administration to take all precautionary measures, including the imposition of Section 144 of the CrPC, to prevent the gathering of anti-social elements or external individuals within a radius of 100 meters around the examination centers and also outside, if necessary. For the first time, safe QR codes and computerized identification cards with QR codes and serial numbers have been issued to around 3.11 lakh examiners in examination halls.
For the first time, examination booklets have been printed with QR codes and serial numbers on the cover page, in addition to the council’s logo on the internal page, along with page numbers in four different colors on each page.
