URBN Nano Power Bank Review: Your battery woes just shrank
In a world where technology reigns supreme, the struggle of carrying bulky power banks is a familiar woe for many. The inconvenience of lugging around hefty charging devices has long been a pain point.
To address this, homegrown consumer tech company URBN recently released its Nano power bank series. They are pint-sized powerhouses, literally, and come in two capacities — 10,000 mAh and 20,000 mAh.
The 10,000 mAh Nano is priced at ₹1,499, while the 20,000 mAh variant will cost you ₹2,499. Both come in black, camo (olive green), and purple colour variants.
URBN sent me the camo version of the 20,000 mAh Nano, and after over a month of using it in different scenarios, I came away impressed.
First things first — the power bank supports fast charging for iPhones, and smartphones by Google and Samsung, as well as proprietary quick charging for OPPO, realme, vivo, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Redmi, and Nokia smartphones.
Design
Weighing in at around 293 grams, it measures just under 11 cm in length, 3 cm in thickness and 7 cm in width, making it one of the most compact power banks I have used. The power bank sports a nice, rubbery finish and, despite its heft, fits well in the hand and doesn’t appear to weigh as much as it does. This makes it an ideal charging companion to stuff in a corner of your backpack where it would not take up too much space.
