Jain, who was on his way to a mall in Vaishali on Sunday, was driving his Hyundai Accent car which rammed into a Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. After being hit, the driver of the Ertiga car, identified as Ramesh Kumar Singh, came out to see the damage.
