Uttarakhand Board Class 12 Maths Paper: Students Demand Bonus Marks For Out-of-Syllabus Questions

The Uttarakhand Board conducted the Class 12th Mathematics exam 2024 on Monday, March 4, 2024. Concerns have been raised by students regarding questions that were reportedly outside the syllabus.

Students have pointed out that questions carrying seven marks were out of the syllabus, potentially affecting their overall percentage. In response, students are demanding bonus marks to manage the situation.

After exiting the examination center, class 12 candidates Devashish Panwar, Ayush Bhandari, Aditya Mastwal, Pratishtha Bhatt, and Deepika told news agency PTI that the questions carrying seven marks were from outside of the revised syllabus for the 2023-24 academic year.

Expressing concern that their marks percentage would be adversely affected, the students demanded the board to grant them bonus marks of seven, as reported by PTI.
