Vivo V30 and V30 Pro India price leaked ahead of launch, here is all you need to know

Vivo is all set to launch its new V30 series, featuring two models – the vanilla V30 and the enhanced V30 Pro, on March 7th at 12 PM in India.

 

The company has officially confirmed the release, and a special webpage on the Vivo website gives a sneak peek into the features and designs of these upcoming smartphones. Ahead of the phone’s launch, details about its specifications and features have already made their way to the internet. And now, the upcoming smartphones’ price details have also been leaked.

Vivo V30 series expected price

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Vivo V30 series is likely to fall into the premium mid-range category. The expected prices are around Rs 33,999 for the Vivo V30 and Rs 41,999 for the V30 Pro.

Colour options for the V30 include Andaman Blue, Classic Black, and Peacock Green, with storage variants of 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB. The V30 Pro may come in the same colours, offering 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB variants.

Vivo V30 series specifications

The Vivo V30 might sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset. Talking about the camera, the phone might comprise a 50-megapixel VCS OIS main camera, a 50-megapixel wide-angle rear camera, and a 50-megapixel eye AF front camera for detailed selfies.

The Vivo V30 Pro, on the other hand, comes with a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED screen offering visuals with a resolution of 2800—1260 pixels. Featuring HDR10+ support, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 2800 nits, the display promises a vibrant and clear view.

The phone will be running on MediaTek Dimensity 8200 4nm processor clocked at up to 3.1GHz, paired with a Mali-G610 MC6 GPU, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The device is expected to run on Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14 out of the box. Talking about the camera, the phone comes with a 50-megapixel main camera with a Sony IMX920 sensor, OIS, and LED flash, along with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto portrait camera for diverse photo capturing. Additionally, the V30 Pro will feature a 50MP autofocus front camera for high-quality selfies.

The V30 Pro incorporates will also come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It also offers USB Type-C port, a bottom-ported speaker, and Hi-Res audio support. The device comes with an IP54 rating for dust and splash protection.

In addition to this, the V30 Pro is said to be powered by a 5000mAh battery, and will support 80W fast charging.
