Volvo Car India Rejigs Higher Management Team

Volvo Car India has made changes to its management team and other critical roles in the organisation structure in the past few months.

The changes have been made to strengthen the organization’s leadership. Furthermore, as per the brand, the changes will aid its growth ambition of going fully electric with its models by 2030. The brand plans on achieving 50 percent of sales through EV by 2025.

One of the major changes is the promotion of Kalpit Shishodia as the Director of Commercial Operations and, the promotion of Prashant Khanna to the role of Director of Business Transformation & Retail Development, joining of Jyotsana Singh Kaushik as the Director of Marketing & PR, Priyanka Khatri as Head of Legal & Compliance, Nitin Agarwal as CFO, and Aarti Mansukhani as Director People Experience.

Addressing the changes in the management structure, Jyoti Malhotra, Managing Director, Volvo Car India, said, “The Management Team restructure underscores Volvo Car India’s commitment to accelerating full electrification while maintaining excellence.
